James Damore is an ex Google engineer who was fired for exposing the racists and sexist hiring practices at Google. James attended diversity indoctrination meetings at Google and was asked to offer feedback. James wrote an internal memo and presented Google opportunities to increase women engineers at Google without using their sexist discrimination polices.
