The quote ” I can see Russia from my house” is a Saturday Night Live quote from Tina Fey, not Sarah Palin.

Sarah Palin was asked during an interview about her qualifications and experience in international affairs as related to running for Vice President. She responded that in her time as Governor of Alaska she frequently met with Russian officials to work on items related to fishing and other matters of mutual interest in the region. She also pointed out to Charlie Gibson that you can see parts of Russia from land in Alaska.

The land she is talking about is Big Diomede Island or parts of the Aleutian Island Chain which extend from Alaska to a short distance from Russia.

It is amusing that Trevor Valle is ignorant of the geography of the region surrounding the Bering Strait which is critical in the historical movement of some of the animals he studies.

He was using hyperbole and saying that women will let a super famous person do anything. he was not advocating rape.

Adam Carolla has made a perfect analogy with Tom Brady. Tom Brady could say, “When I go home to New England, I’m so famous they let me rob banks, I could rob the bank and they would just hand me the money and say thank you.” No one would think that he actually meant he is advocating bank robbery. But because people like Trevor have this irrational hatred of Trump and they can’t recognize the hyperbole.
